    I don't eat a lot of Subway. But I met some friends for lunch. The owner was there and busting his rear making sandwiches! The staff is very well treated and worked hard as well! Now this is a Subway that is well run, efficient, and we'll staffed. And if you haven't tried the Italian Ciabatta with Fresh Mozzarella? You're missing out!

    I normally use another location but lately the service has been less than bad and getting worse with each visit. Today I tried the 96th St. location and I will never subject myself to the poor service of the other location again. The young lady at this location was extremely pleasant, and a textbook definition of true customer service. (she needs a raise)

    Absolute favorite place to eat when me and my husband go out! Super friendly staff and great food! Love Bobby she's the greatest!!
