“Food was very good but customer service was terrible. There is general way to order, tell them how you want it and pay. Instead I stood around while they finished making my food before they rang me up. They didn't give us the cookie for kids meal. It was all over the place staff wise. They took our order and then asked again how we wanted it. It was confusing and annoying. A bunch of kids and/or young adults with no customer service. My pet peeve!”

“June 24th, 2021 - Beautiful morning at Kum n Go 😀 Super clean and the kitchen will blow your mind. Much more convenient than QT on the east side of 169. Cashiers are so courteous which is ALWAYS my deciding factor on 5 stars. Awesome sitting area for dining in and gas pumps are extremely roomy for maneuvering. Nice rear exit to the south of the store. Also, you can park and grab McDonald's...it is right there!! Update 6/1/21: Just took these photos at 11AM. This place ROCKS every time I go in. Always clean, stocked, and pumps are VERY NICELY spread far apart and access is so easy. Come on in, the two ladies working the counter right now are super awesome!!!”

“Had a situation with an up charge and staff telling me the guacamole isn’t vegan compared to the message corporate is sending out that it is 100% vegan. Tony, the GM, is a first class customer service gentleman. I actually had a great conversation with him versus the typical annoyed manager that could care less about losing customers or people’s dietary needs. This world can use a billion+ more people like Tony!”

The bottom was so thin, it fell apart when I tried to pick it up and the top was so thick, that it wouldn't fit in my toaster. And it would be nice if the sweet and savory bagels were bagged separately. It's not very good when you have garlic and poppyseeds on your cinnamon crunch bagel.”
