    This restaurant chain has the best Mexican food in our area! It's fresh, it's lite and the serve is top notch.
    We love the homemade tamales and enchiladas but I think the best thing about Chimi's; what truly sets them apart are your side options. Refried beans and that orange Spanish style rice every Mexican restaurant serves is not the only choices here. The traditional white fluffy rice topped with fresh chopped tomatoes is delicious. I also love the fruit plate as a side option and the papitas. Which are finely diced potatoes fried and seasoned then served over a bed of chili sauce. We ❤ Chimi's!
