Lone Wolf Banh Mi

Excellent, the pesto meatball Banh Mi was a surprise. Flavors busted out on the first bite. I felt hooked all day long with desire of needing more. It would be awhile before I can get back again but when I do it will be my first stop. Thank you for food from heaven.

Service was tops but food was pedestrian at best. A handful of cold pickled daikon and carrots thrown on ground pork??

Fried rice has spice that may be too much for toddlers. Atmosphere is okay but the unisex bathrooms weren't clean/comfortable for changing a little one.

About 30.00 for two adults and a toddler.

If you’ve ever wondered what the food will be like in heaven, go to Lone Wolf and get The Jam rice bowl with the Thai chili aioli and you will see just how great it is. The downtown location is my favorite, the staff is great and overall a well managed location. One of my all-time favorite meals/places in Tulsa.

Awesome food! The cilantro pesto chicken salad and it was outstanding. The spring rolls are excellent, with a nice kick of ginger to emphasize the other fresh ingredients. The friendliness of the staff make the experience all the greater.

We stopped here after my husband completed in Tulsa Tough. We were both very pleased with our meal. He got Kim chi fries with meatballs and I got the cilantro chicken rice bowl. More food than we could wat in one sitting and the husband just biked 69 miles. Great staff, helpful and friendly, and affordable prices. A must return 2hen we are downtown.
