On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

I love this place! To me, there's not a whole lot you can really mess up with TexMex, so the shining point of a place is "Can they make modifications?" and "Is the salsa great?". The answer to both of these questions is a resounding YES! They have no problem doing the veggies in the fajitas well done. Many places use a mix, so they can't make modifications. Also, if you love a good salsa that's more than just blended tomato and cilantro, with chips that are always hot, fresh and crispy (they'll do no salt on them too), go here!

I also have to give a shout to the staff. We've always had decent service and your glass is usually refilled long before it's empty..

I only have 2 complaints: PLEASE for the love of all that's good in the world, LEVEL YOUR TABLES! You shouldn't have to worry you'll kick out what's holding up one leg of a table. Also, please do something with the bathroom. They are always so dark and funky.

The waitress was friendly and accommodating. Plenty of waitstaff. Meal was good, my salad was huge, pictures follow. We haven't eaten here in awhile, as we live in the boonies now and don't get over on to this side of town much anymore.

Love their fajitas and usually get that when I come here. I decided to switch it up and got the big bordurito. Lemme tell ya this was the biggest burrito of my entire life (with rice and beans) for just $12!! It was delicious. The server was also very sweet and accommodating. Overall I really enjoy the food here and the service. ???? love the daily specials too!

It is hard to find vegetarian meals.....so we make it up as we go along. The guacamole is always great. I add a side of black beans with no juice. Take the red salsa they offer you. Decline the tortilla chips and ask for the in- house flour tortillas. Dig in......I hope you like it!
