    Expectations vs Reality; I keep seeing the set-up/staged pictures, vs the reality of their portions, and there is a stark contrast.

    I get it, if corporate is stipulating amounts/portions, then this needs to be accurately depicted; I'm tired of the expectation of the pictures being dashed by the reality of smaller portions.

    The staff was friendly and helpful as always, but that isn't enough for a $10 bowl on a $35 order.

    Oh my! The bagels, cream cheese, kids love the cinnamon crunch. Got the ham, egg and cheese on Brioche for me and mine. Over easy made it perfect. Their orange will soon be your new addiction.

    I ordered to go and experienced great customer service at the counter. My food was brought without my latte but it was retrieved. Delicious! Had the 1/2 tuna sandwich and brocolli cheddar soup on the pick two menu. The soup is the best ever! Latte was a little strong, not as creamy and caramely as last time.

    Great location of Panera bread. They always have friendly service and consistent food. If you've never had a cinnamon crunch bagel, you haven't lived yet.
