Sonic Drive-In

Man love there popcorn chicken and tater tots and ocean water. I always come here at least twice a week. I just can't stop. Ha ha ???? LMAO

Fast food with a high price. I have been to a couple different locations. The service has been at it's best , okay. It's like the help is not there. Short on workers. I don't know why it would take thirty minutes for an online order ahead but it did. My order is most of the time , incorrect. They are polite but u want to go here for two reasons ,a quick bite and correct order. My faith in this is fading and quickly. Someone please do something. I'm thinking that another chance is all it will take to give up on this food chain!

It took forever to get my food but when I did get it it was at least warm. I bet my food would have come a little faster if the staff wasn't hanging around out front smoking cigarettes with their friends. I think the management should enforce customer service focused Behavior and time management better.

I always notice that the order taking screen will tell me that "person is on their way with your order". Then there is still a good five to ten more minutes before said person actually does show up with my order.

To me, an old pro at the "quick service restaurant", this means someone is clicking "serve" long before they even have my tray in hand. I know management wants your times faster but a fast time is only good if your are indeed fast.
