I ordered online and then went into pick up the order. The staff seemed busy but they were friendly. I asked if everything was in the bag for my order and was told Yes. I took the food home to eat with my family. We ordered some burgers with fries, shrimp with fish and black beans and a cinnamon roll. The fries were good but a little overcooked and salty. The cheeseburger meat was very salty and they put a lot a mayo the burger so the bun became soggy. They didn't give me the black beans and cinnamon roll I had ordered. I called them and they said they would get them ready for me if I wanted to come back and get them. I said I was on my way. They apologized and gave me a free cinnamon roll in addition to the one I had ordered. The cinnamon rolls were not cooked all the way so they were doughy.
The food was good. I ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon. Fast service at the time I was in. Go down and try it out. That was my first time there...-(sorry but rarely rarely put five stars. I want to say never, but.. I look at it as there is always move for improvement).....
Awesome customer service. Very clean, laid back environment. There was a variety of food on the menu. I am was raised by the gulf, and love seafood. The Jumbo shrimp was delicious as well as the fresh potato-cut fries. Homemade tarter sauces... overall just a great place to take the family for lunch or dinner...You will not be disappointed!
Gave this place 5 stars based on comparisons to similar restaurants. We had the grilled catfish meal and a double burger with pepper jack cheese. The catfish had a great spice coating and was very tasty. We had the grilled vegetables and the salad as sides. The veggies were really good and the salad quality was much higher than expected. The remoulade dressing was very good too. The only downer was the hush puppies, while nice and crispy they were served cold. The burger (without bun) was very good too, the meat had a great cook with crispy edges and plenty of cheese. The coleslaw side was of good quality too.
