Monterey's Little Mexico

Service was fast, drinks were kept full. Food was fresh and exactly as described. Prices were good for the portion served.

My husband had the taco salad and it was wonderful. I had a build your own. Not as good. When I ordered I requested no beans. When my order came it had beans. I reminded the server that I had asked for no beans. She apologized and took the plate away. When she returned, you could tell that the food had just been transferred to a plate without the beans. Every time I've been here they have always given me extra rice in place of the beans. Not this time. Also when we were ready to leave, I was asked if I wanted a to go cup of soda but it was not offered to my husband.

Update: Everything was wonderful. My husband and I both had taco salads. They are great here. But what impressed us the most was the server. Watching her, I got the impression that she was also the shift manager. But she was also the hostess. On top of those three jobs, she was training someone. And she never missed a beat. For everything she was doing, the service she provided us was impeccable. And she was just as pleasant and upbeat as could be.

Very friendly service. Magnet came around to see how you're doing and how the food is. Is you were looking for your server and asked another server, they got whatever you needed if your server was busy. Entwine pitched in to make a great experience and the food was great!
