Starbucks

Standard Starbucks fare. Nice staff. Drinks were made accurately.

Normally my favorite starbucks to grab my 11am machiatto from.

I've been using the mobile order religiously for the last 6 weeks on a daily basis..

However today was a little different than the usual walk in and grab my drink..

I spent around 10 minutes standing next to the pickup area being ignored by all 4 employees.
I watched them take several orders and hand them out. I noticed what looked like my drink on the counter already. ( It took me roughly 8 minutes to get there after placing order) and according to my drink tag it was made at 10:49.

Regardless of me motioning or raising my hand.. I didn't get acknowledged or have eye contact made until 11:05 when I finally got my drink.

It was already cold enough that I could chug 1/3 of it on the way to the car. ?

This is the first time I've ever had this experience here, and hopefully the last...
The only thing I noticed that was different was that it was all males employees today?‍♂️

My visit today was the complete opposite. My drink was ready and already being handed to me with a warm greeting as I walked through the door and everything was on point today ? caramel cloud macchiato was dialed and I left feeling satisfied & spoiled like I've become accustomed to ?

Great coffee and barista's! I met up with a friend on Friday evening about 4:00pm and the place was super busy and loud.

I'll keep coming here but will plan on a different time to avoid the loudness. It was still a great visit, just hard to hear my friend.

In my opinion, I love this Starbucks location. It is clean has a beautiful decor and friendly staff. If I ever have an issue with my beverage they always fix it with no problem. I definitely recommend.

This Starbucks has the nicest indoor and outdoor seating areas of all the Starbucks in the Albany area.
