Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

In person service is really hit or miss, but it's never great. Food to go orders and app orders are atrocious. We love the menu but this location just doesn't try very hard.

Have gone to this location since I was a kid. Usually have to wait when going for dinner but worth it. The staff is always friendly and the food is consistently hot and is picture perfect when it hits the table.

Lindsey M helped me with our large lunch order at noon today. Lindsey provided the most exceptional customer service. She was friendly and professional. She even took the time to make sure that our order was 100% correct. Please reward Lindsey M for representimg Red Robin so well. I know our company will definitely be back!

Red Robin is a decent Burger Place overall. It is satisfying, moves pretty quickly, and the staff are trained to provide friendly service. They have good food consistently and you can usually expect to have a decent meal . Nothing above average and still it is satisfying for a fair price and without waiting for too long. Good Shakes always!.
