    Being Cuban I can tell when I try a good food from my native country. The right place for green plantains (Tostones), ropa vieja (authentic Cuban dish), maduros with our Traditional black beans soup.

    This the BEST cuban food that I had in Portland in a long time. The only other place I have eaten Cuban food this good is only Miami, but again why would you spend $400 airfare when you have the best right here in your backyard!

    So delicious and healthy. Everything I have had is wonderful. It's a good truck and it is a good location you can dine inside.

    They catered a work event for me and provided impeccable service, amazing food, and reasonable prices. I will definitely be using their catering services again. I also can't wait to visit Jose's new restaurant, Meridian 7. A must eat for authentic and delicious Cuban food in Portland.
