I thought both the wine and food were delicious. I had the Harvest flight, winter green salad and had the chicken. Nice atmosphere, and it is spendy. I returned and tried the cheese plate and a crab appetizer. Pretty darn tastly. Oh yes, how can I forget...Our server was Wyn and she was the BEST! Made our night.
The overall atmosphere was nice, the cocktails and wine was good. The food was ok but small portions that lacked to deliver the pretense it tried to project. The food sounded better in discription than actual flavor. The service was fine, but slow and understaffed, inattentive. There wasn't anything that was overly impressive or memorable. Kinda like an average woman who wears too much makeup to seem prettier than she is. I likely won't be back beyond a cocktail or glass of wine.
Our server from Renata, Wyn, mentioned that we should check out her other spot. We loved sitting at the bar. Her drinks were spectacular and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend the chicken and the bread!
Great location downtown LO, very good food (even with the very small portions), great wine. The design of the place is sterile and not designed in line with the vibe experienced at Domaine Serene winery and villa (cheap concrete floors, not even stained, not enough decor in the main dining areas). Overall it's a great addition to downtown LO and has great potential with some design changes and if they manage to keep the menu fresh and have enough events to attract high end clients and people who want to splurge for special occasions more than once or twice.
