Soku Sushi & Noodle

Came here with my friends for dinner and everything we got was so delicious! We tried their aburi salmon, green life, and endless summer roll and everything was so good. Their noodles did not disappoint either, it was really flavorful and big portioned. West Linn definitely needed a sushi/noodle place like this and we are so glad they opened. We will definitely be regulars here!!

I love this place! I've had something different every time and it's been great. They are a small staff so if you're going during the evening, be mindful that it may take sometime. But everything is made right then and there. It's great seeing a passionate restaurant reach this spots full potential.

Most people probably come for the sushi, we chose the noodle soups and were definitely not disappointed. Their Lanzhou Beef and Taiwan Beef Brisket were both excellent. Their cucumber salad was flavorful and perfectly crunchy, and their edamame was cooked just right. One thing to note is that the spice level on the Lanzhou soup is pretty tame, and while many places put heat on the cucumbers, Soku does not, but the flavor is still fantastic.

Service is friendly here, but their time estimates can be a little off so maybe expect to wait longer than they say if you are ordering to go.

It's obvious the owners and staff care deeply about their customers. Very kind and attentive service, and most importantly, delicious sushi! The lunch special is a great deal. We've gone twice since they've opened. Highly recommend!

Decided to try out this new place for Easter lunch with family and it was delicious!! The sushi was so good and the menu had a large variety of sushi and entree items. The chicken fried rice was especially good as well as all the appetizer items we ordered. Portions are large- so you can definitely share family style! My family and I will definitely be coming here to eat often!
