“I order 2-4 sandwiches by delivery from these guys weekly. Today I ordered at 2:44 and received my sandwich at 3:30..... This kind of time is RIDICULOUS for a Jimmy Johns. The lady was understanding when I called with my frustration and promised to refund my order. Again I order a lot from them, almost every other day it seams... UPDATE: They did in fact Honor their word, and refund the order, yet still delivered it to me. I have ordered several times since then and it seams to have been a fluke day. This was the second time it happened, but first time I complained. I will continue to order regularly. Overall as a whole, I am very satisfied with this Jimmy Johns.”
