The jambalaya came out cold, and slightly warm in places, so I didn't feel safe eating it. The red beans and rice were good, but also not super hot, like it had been sitting for 20 minutes before I got it; although this one was hot enough to feel safe to eat.”

It was the best hamburger I have had in Portland, fries were perfect and they had Coke in a glass bottle that I far prefer to any other way. “I’m so thrilled to have this food truck so close to my house. I especially love the fact that they are open late. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating to my food allergy questions. The food is made-to-order and comes out hot and tasting delicious (unlike some fried food spots where the food sits under a heat lamp). My favorites are the fried chicken, mac and cheese, and the peanut butter cookies!! I’ve only had good experiences with this food truck. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to see them! P.S.
