Surf 2 Soul

This is the best food in Astoria! This man is amazing, his food is delicious. I literally dream of it, and I usually don't like to eat at all! One $12 box of stacked Mac and cheese lasts me 4 to 5 meals! He makes the best grits I've ever had in my life. I don't like them even, but his are delicious. It's worth the short wait outside for this deliciousness!!! The only two things that could be better are if he had something vegetarian and Pepsi products. Lol I love this man's food!

Chicken and biscuits? On the Oregon coast? You bet!

This is Southern-style food with style. The chicken and biscuits are fantastic. Served on a big ol' biscuit with pimiento cheese. It's optional, but take my word on it; you want it! He also has shrimp and grits, chicken and biscuit (enough food for two!) and a host of daily specials.

The stacked Mac N Cheese was absolutely amazing. If you are in Astoria Surf 2 Soul is a must-stop. Great food top to bottom and great times and friendly service from the owner/chef.

I heard great things about Surf 2 Soul, so I though I'd check it out. I ordered the mac and cheese with fried chicken, thinking it would be great, but I was wrong.

SPECTACULAR.

The chicken was so delicious and perfectly seasoned. The mac n cheese had a drool-inducing cheese sauce and plenty of bacon. I seriously cannot get over how in love I am with this dish. I'm thinking of leaving my husband and running off with this dish - we'll see.

But seriously, do yourself a favor and check out this food truck - you won't regret it! The owner/chef is such a lovely and talented person.
