101 Taco Truck

Had the birria burrito and was so good! Hot, fresh, and good flavor (and big!). There were one or two people ahead of me but I waited less than 10 minutes. Also ordered the churro bites and they were great as well! Highly recommend giving 101 Taco Truck a try if you're in the Coos Bay area. Especially if you've wanted to try birria.

Originally walked by this truck on the way to Chevron for some sodas. The smells of slow cooked meat made me so hungry I had to come back. I am so glad I did. I ordered the Birria in a burrito bowl. Many times when I get Birria, it's too peppery or too vinegary. This was a wonderful balance of flavor vs meat. Fresh, crisp lettuce and succulent beans with spanish rice really made it a satisfying dinner. The dish comes mildly spiced. My one request would be for some spicy peppers on the menu. I am so glad 101 Tacos opened up.

Outstanding food truck experience. Friendly staff, good, quick service. I had a Birria burrito, my first time having Birria. It was very tasty, tender and, the burrito while moist was not oily at all. This food truck is high quality and not expensive. If like me you enjoy tacos and burritos then you have to try this place. Food trucks really are a foodie experience in their own right and finding a good one like the 101 is worth the trip.
