Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs

5 ☆ for atmosphere and staff. Awesome place and my first cheeba hut experience. Food came out extremely fast for a holiday weekend and they were awesome people.
3☆ for food and price. For a 14$ sandwich you got have better bread than that. Not to knock them. The food in Bend is just kinda horrible in general. Cheeba hut will do good. Again. The staff were awesome and they have 0% of say in what ingredients they use or buy. That's being done by people in SF or LA or SEA.

Wow. I didn't think you could find a better sub than Plankers or Beach Hut, but this has to be up there for the best sandwich in Bend. Service is great. Love the music. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. A nice, full bar with a few beers on tap. The sandwiches are amazing, especially on the garlic bread. Even better with a side of the Jamaican red hot sauce, it goes great on everything. I've tried 3 different ones and would easily eat them all again. I can't wait to go back and try more sandwiches.

This place is my new favorite sub shop in town! I LOVE me a good toasted sub, and this place knocks it out of the park. The sub in this picture is the Thai Stick, and it was great. But I have been back many times and tried the Midwest Club, Meatball, the Italian, and AK-47. My favorite is the Midwest Club and the AK-47. The vibe is REALLY REALLY cool too, great music, cool artwork, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. Especially if you are 420 friendly!

This was my favorite sandwich shop when I went to UofO in Eugene. Same quality food and vibes at the new shop in Bend! Even with the heavy store opening patronage, they were cranking sandwiches out quickly! Great staff.

PS - There was a crazy unreasonable Karen customer there yesterday and the staff handled her gracefully. She promised to leave a negative review so if you see one from a woman on 4/13/22, disregard it. She needs to get "toasted"! Keep it up Cheba Hut! I'll be back soon.
