    Perennially rate the best salad place in Bend. Also, the chicken + wild rice soup is as good as any soup I've had anywhere. Fast service, convenient, unlimited fountain drinks. We prefer the west side location, as the east side is larger, less pleasant inside, and can be incredibly loud with the terrible acoustics of the hardscape architecture.

    Croutons West was small, clean and quick. They have outdoor seating on the porch and in the back. The Basil tomatoe soup was very good but the Cobb salad I purchased had greater portions of lettuce than I liked. I needed more "Cobb" to my Cobb salad.

    I love Croutons! Every time I visit Bend I make sure to go grab lunch here. My favorite order is the Sundance salad and the chicken pesto. Highly recommend!
