“I stopped in Bend, OR after traveling. Our order taker and barista, Jared, was wonderful! He introduced himself to us before taking our order, recommended an alternative drink when the store was out of peppermint, and was very pleasant. We listened as he interacted with other customers and his wonderful service shone through with each new order. My boyfriend and I said that we definitely will be going back to this store every time we are in Bend. “We were visiting from Portland for a weekend gateway in Bend. Found this via the HappyCow app. The menu is amazing. We got jackfruit mac and BLT. The max was delicious creamy and tangy but the BLT was extremely dry. It just had some vegan bacon lettuce and tomatoes. It is a little expensive for 12 bucks for a burrito of that kind.”

“Walking in is like entering a small restaurant in Havana. Authentic dishes and fresh made meats and sides. The small menu offers several different meats, veggies, and sandwiches too. “A little food cart parked outside of Waypoint Hotel’s parking lot, but it seems to be a part of them. Delicious burritos and protein bowls, mostly a breakfast burrito that’s hearty and filling to get your day going. Typically with breakfast burritos I feel too sluggish after, but this was still clean and light enough for me not to lose it on my hike later in the day. There’s no outdoor seating, it’s literally a food pod you just get it and go. But you can eat it in the Waypoint lobby or what we did which was outside near the fire. The day we went, they were open at 430am. Sauce is good with the steak burrito.”

“Fantastic experience at the new Starbucks. We were sitting in our car waiting in a long line at a competition coffee company when we looked over and saw the new Starbucks was now open. So we immediately headed there and were grateful we did. The quality was tremendous. The service was fast and right on. We definitely recommend this Starbucks. “The staff were very friendly and very cheerful. We ordered the Big Cheese and had them add pepperoni. The sauce was very good and the toppings were good as well. The crust was nice and thin which were cut into large pieces which were perfect for folding over to eat. The crust seemed to have a strong wheat flavor that at times did over power the wonderful flavor of the toppings and sauce. We also ordered two sodas to go with our pizza and were given cans since they don't offer fountain drinks. My wife ordered a salad which was very good. She loved the dressings that came with it.”

Due to Covid only served pizza (which was a bummer - pictured was from there) but had a food truck outside for Hawaiian, Philippine, and other cuisine. One red wine selection. It was okay. Odd choice though when serving pizza (it didn’t compliment it). An alright selection of beer. For a brewery honestly expected a wider selection. Staff was nice, professional, courteous. “The employees in the corn dog truck are very friendly and welcoming. They are willing to answer any questions you may have even with a line behind you. The price for the epic dog on the menu seems high. Although when you receive it you will be surprised by the size of it. I find it can be shared with a small child and you both will be happy. The batter is light and crisp. It is just the best of corn dogs. It is worth standing in line in light rain. Myself and 10 other people did just that the day I went.”
