Ordered the Oregon Outback Toast: Let's start with the bread, omg so earthy, and nutty. Loooove it. The pesto was delicious and the nut meat was beyond perfect. The cashew cream sauce was very unique tasted almost cheesy but without overpowering the toast. Definitely a light squeeze over the toast for added touch. So good, had to buy another one!

This has become a go-to spot for any visit to Ashland. Their juices and smoothies are all delicious and fresh, but it's their BLT avocado toast that makes me weak in the knees. PLEASE open a location in Portland so I can eat this heavenly treat every day! Whatever recipe they are using for their cashew cream and nut "meat" should be more valuable than Coke's secret formula.

I love that they offer online ordering and delivery, as well as grab-and-go items to speed up the check-out process. If you place an order at the counter, expect to wait quite a while. I also thought it was odd that there doesn't seem to be a dedicated bin for their compostables, which is odd for a business that seems so dedicated to sustainability. Either way, I will be making a stop here any time I'm in the area - which, unfortunately, is only once every few years.

Healthy and tasty. Smooth & juice were really yummy and the meal was good. I did feel it was a bit expensive for what it was though.

Love this place!! I am Plant-based Vegan so it's really nice to have a place like this where I can literally order anything on the menu, AND everything on the Menu is delicious! My favorite item is definitely the Waffle!! Omyes. Sooo good. Thank you Raw for supporting a Sustainable lifestyle and future for our Planet! 🌎
