EL Molcajete Mexican Grill

Love eating here, and do so with friends every time I'm back in Medford. The service is always cheerful and efficient. The food is delicious. I love that they bring you refried beans as well as the salsa with the chips. I often get the fajitas, and I love that they give you 4 tortillas when most only give you 3. My only wish is that they wouldn't be quite so efficient at sautéing the vegetables. I'd love to see them caramelized. I only snapped a picture of the cute drink, but the food was certainly worthy. The ambiance is varied depending on your preference. The open bar area is my preference, but the restaurant proper is fun and authentic and comfortable.

Wow...great service, really nice menu and potent "skinny" Margherita! Fourth time thru Medford, first time at El Molcajete. Highly recommend...Chili Verde was extremely tender, Chili Colorado very rich. Love it!

Good variety of choices in their menu. Bilingual emplyee who are very nice and quick in their service. Waiting isn't too bad being that it was a full house when I arrived.

Giovanni was our server and was lovely, professional, and working hard on a busy Friday night. Actually, the whole team at this restaurant works hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. Absolutely love the food and the atmosphere. Now our new favorite spot!

Living on the east coast, I missed the west coast's offerings of great Mexican restaurants that always seemed to taste better. Our colleague said this is "the" place to go and she was not wrong! The portion size to their service was absolutely amazing. The food came out VERY fast...like within five minutes. I was so stuffed and if I'm back this way again, we'll be stopping by again!
