I am completely hooked on this food truck! The meatballs with Mac & Cheese was excellent. In fact, those are the The Best meatballs I've had in years. But to be fair, their brisket was even better than the meatballs; tender and moist with awesome flavor. It's so good, my husband has had it 3x in the last month. Sid the chef is a really friendly guy and happy to help however he can. I cannot heap enough praise on this food truck.
I'll always make a stop when I'm passing through Oregon or staying in Medford again. Sid is a gentleman and great chef. The smoked meatballs were light and loaded with flavor. Creamy Mac n Cheese that's made to order & some of the best fried rice I've had with a unique flavor.
Sid not only makes AMAZING food (we had the brisket and Mac & cheese), but he’s got a heart of gold. His humble establishment is one that anybody in the state should try at least once! If you give it a try, I hope you get to chat with Sid, he’s a great guy!
Can’t recommend more highly!!!
I ordered brisket, slaw and beans. White beans were made for flavor! Dice sized chunks of meat floated around a medley of veg and bean in a tomato sauce. The slaw was modern and light. The veg was dressed with a white sauce and a green sauce….complimenting the meat perfectly. The chefs were trying out a gluten-free bread that was rustic with a decent crust. The owners were so sweet and thoughtful ta-boot. A must stop in Medford.
A co-worker recommended Sid's so I have it a try for lunch today. I decided on the Japanese fried rice w/brisket.
The brisket was good but honestly the star of the show was the fried rice. It was fresh, flavorful & a very hearty portion!
My co-worker had the Philly cheese steak which I am a HUGE fan of (RIP to the Cheese Steak King truck)
Next week I'll try one of the cheese steaks & will be sure to post!
