“Had dinner and drinks on Cinco de mayo so it was busy but had no trouble getting seated at the bar. The staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was lively and fun. I had the big platter of shrimp that I couldn't finish. The food was authentic and delicious, the serving was more than I expected. “We stopped here for lunch on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. This place is easy to miss if you're not looking for it, but once inside you will be in for a treat. The menu is deep, almost too deep, really, but the food is outstanding. My wife had a chicken mole burrito that had the best mole sauce that either of us has had in years. My pork burrito was good, but I have to say that the pork was dry and chewy, not like an oven roasted pork shoulder that is fall-apart tender. Will we give Monarca Queen another shot? Hell yes!”

“This was the first Human Bean location I visited. It happened when I took a middle of the night, 5 hour spontaneous roadtrip North and ended up in Oregon. What a great discovery, this simple yet cute coffee kiosk was and thank goodness there are locations in several different cities in Oregon and in the Northern parts of California, beyond the Bay Area. The customer service is always met with a smile and they add a little candy coated coffee bean to the top of each beverage. A signature mark! :) Each time I have a chance to visit a city in Oregon, this little coffee place and this location or the one in Ashland, are on the agenda. It's cool that they try to give back and care about causes too!”

“Imaculate presentation! Great chefs and kitchen staff. the sushi all tasted very good, definitely worth the time to check out this cute little sushi restaurant. I also recommend getting their Tempura Calamari Skewers appetizer. The waitress knew the menue very well and they made sure to top off our water every time it was empty. The staff were very helpful. “I always get some iteration of a chai latte. It's always good. Most days excellent. I really appreciate the consistency. It takes a lot of stress off knowing my coffee is going to be good every time. Friendly staff. Comfortable seating. Outdoor seating available. And the tables are spread out enough that it never feels like someone is breathing on you. Oh and an awesome selection of the newest cutest Starbucks cups. “Dropped in for a beer after we went to the dog park around the corner. Great spot to try some local craft beer, there were at least 30 on tap. We had the dog so we opted to sit outside where there was a nice gas fire set up. Not a huge space in the back but we liked how cozy it felt! They have a food menu too we would go back and try.”

I am deducting stars because of the host/waitress was discombobulated. We waited way to long for our food and when it did come out she gave it to another customer. “We went here for lunch and it was fantastic. The food was good and the beer was refreshing. It was our first time so they let us sample some of their house brews and they were all flavorful. I ended up ordering the Snacky Snack plate which was great for a light lunch along with a My Ex Amber. The indoor dining was spacious and comfortable and when it warms up a bit the outdoor patio looks like a great spot to spend an afternoon. I look forward to going back.”

I have eaten here before but just regular breakfast of Bacon and Eggs and it was good but today I got brave and tried the breakfast Burito with sausage and tomato and red sauce and what can I say? It was fantastic. Super tasty, so much cheese I was in heaven, and food for 2 more meals. Only down side was rice was a little bland but I am nit-picking with that. I recommend Memo's for the food and the fantastic service.”

The lobby is generally quiet when I’ve come and I wonder how they stay open but the food speaks for itself as well as the friendly staff they hire!”
