“Quaint, hyper-local with unique offerings! Has a very vintage candy store feel with boutique sodas and toys from decades ago. Really cute retail area. And then, of course, an amazing ice cream counter!! They have a good variety of flavors, lots of fun offerings on the menu aside from scoops, and the interior is comfortable. I'm so glad more places like this are popping up in Medford!! The guy working was so helpful and friendly, it really made the whole experience perfect. Everything my husband and I tried was delicious and we even took some scoops home on the employee's recommendation. We'll definitely be back 😊”

“I love this drive through especially when I'm craving something and don't know what to get, the people who work there are always friendly professional and always give me a suggestion when I don't have a clue what I want and always end up liking what they suggest and it's always nice that they let you know what they're serving you. I love the fact that they have a seating area outside especially when it's spring and summertime evenings and can enjoy their refreshing drinks and many more I would've posted my agua fresca(natural fruit water) but it was so good I drank it before I took the pictures overall love the atmosphere”

“I want to acknowledge the phone attendant that took my order this morning 7/10 at 7:40, whose sound training showed. It started by some frustration being in line in the drive-through for much longer than usual. As I was ready to give my order I was asked to wait, which took a long time, and after the car ahead of me moved on, I followed without giving my order. After apologizing, the attendant gave me a reason (“one of our machine is broken, can you believe it?”) in a lighthearted tone which immediately calmed me down, from being close to irate to becoming totally understanding. A way to handle a difficult situation that should find its way in all good customer service training!”

We ordered through the app and picked it from the drive thru window. There were a couple of cars in front of but our food was hot and my milkshake appeared to be fresh; the whip cream hadn't even had a chance to settle into my shake yet.”

What a great discovery, this simple yet cute coffee kiosk was and thank goodness there are locations in several different cities in Oregon and in the Northern parts of California, beyond the Bay Area. The customer service is always met with a smile! :) Each time I have a chance to visit a city in Oregon, this little coffee place is on the agenda. It's cool that they try to give back and care about causes too!”

“I always get some iteration of a chai latte. It's always good. Most days excellent. I really appreciate the consistency. It takes a lot of stress off knowing my coffee is going to be good every time. Friendly staff. Comfortable seating. Outdoor seating available. And the tables are spread out enough that it never feels like someone is breathing on you. Oh and an awesome selection of the newest cutest Starbucks cups. “The cooks and servers are brilliant. Smiling and kind. My husband enjoyed the milkshake! He said he'll ask for a toasted bun for his burger next time. I could only eat half of my burger. That's probably because the fries are excellent! They are cut up potatoes in crazy forms and they bring a special sauce with them. So good. The atmosphere is fun and we watched bag after bag for takeout. (Friday night) This certainly curbed my husband's burger hankering.”
