“This place is close to Lithia Park. It is so cute, and they have a big selection of tea and tea cups. I was surprised that they even carry one of my favorite teas of all time, the sticky rice pu’er. They brew all of their teas fresh. I ordered a bubble tea and a rooibos chai. The bubble tea was nothing special, and the bobas didn’t taste that great. The chai was the best chai I’ve tasted in different coffee and tea shops all over the country. It makes a huge difference that it’s high quality and freshly brewed, vs in most places they make it from concentration. I love that all their drinks are so fresh tasting and not too sweet. If I live in Ashland I would come here all the time!”

“Billy's Fried Chicken was delicious. Casual, house music, dark...the mini post era underground rave of the fried chicken world.. Hands down my best fried chicken experience in Oregon and yes, this includes Portland. I had the Buttermilk and Japanese style fried chicken and I enjoyed both types. The chicken is usually a gluten free recipe. Today there was an exception with the Korean style chicken. All fried chicken is crispy and slips right off the bone. If you enjoy dill, you will enjoy the pickles too, very flavorful. The truffle fries are salty and have a specific flavor to them that I can't quite place, same with the cole slaw, making them unique and memorable flavors. The one complaint I have is the sweet tea was 5.00 and I was literally served about 4 oz of tea. I am not exaggerating, look at the picture. Even with the greedy tea incident (do you see the amount of ice in that glass?!) I feel good about rating 5 stars. I'll be back. Ps. Potato salad is a 3.5.”

“To start the service here was awesome! The servers were attentive and easy to find. My wife has a food allergy and they clearly helped us navigate the menu and daily specials to find items that she could eat. We were able to order and get our meals cooked quickly which was very surprising and appreciative. The food here was great too! A bit pricey but they had a large quantity of gluten free and dairy free options which is hard to come by. The only negative is that they aren't open longer! Hopefully that will change.”

“best buffet, and the employees totally love when I roll in on the one wheel. I took some pictures of the art and sculptures in here, really cool stuff but I guess the owner spotted me and told one of the servers to let me know I shouldn't take pictures - too late though because I captured almost all the awesome art that is in here and am sharing with you now. The food is amazing and I think they might even use real ghee in their recipes - traditional style. I so love the food and service here, I will be a regular customer whenever visiting ashland and the rogue valley.”

“(Pictures of the menu included) Walking in the door for breakfast, the smell is heavenly: coffee, bacon, and toasted breakfast breads. The decor is warm and inviting. We were seated quickly and the menu had a wide variety of options. It looks like they also serve lunch and dinner, as they also serve alcoholic beverages. The upstairs and downstairs seating split makes this place feel like a nice little bookshop that someone added a coffee bar and kitchen onto. The food was excellent. Eggs were done exactly as I ordered and everything was seasoned well. Portions were large. The service was good, but they seemed shorthanded, which is common in recent days, so I can't really knock off points for that. They still got our food to us quickly, and it was hot and delicious. The average cost is $15 per plate and organic coffee added another $4 for a bottomless cup. For two people, expect to pay $40-$45 total for breakfast. Bottom line: Great place for breakfast with a relaxed Cafe atmosphere. Food was tasty and cooked well. Their homemade scones are the best I have had from a restaurant or cafe.”

“You get what you pay for here. The smell of the beef was what brought us in from the street. Juicy not greasy, great flavor and cooked perfectly. Had blue cheese on our burgers and it was awesome. If you put ketchup on this burger you should be thrown in jail! The hand cut fries were perfect, generous portion (enough for 2-3 people). Complimentary ice water. If you are more of a quality over quantity person you will be happy coming here.”

“Great little gem in downtown Ashland. Had some great oysters and even better sushi. Just went with rolls this time and drinks. Enjoyed the freshness of everything and will be somewhere I return when in the area again. Plus can walk around the downtown after and enjoy what Ashland has to offer. The trio of brûlée was the only item I would say that didn’t live up to the entire meal. Was just okay, wouldn’t order that again. But hey it’s a sushi spot so….”

The food was just as good as it sounded on the menu. I had the ABC burger comes with fresh avocado ,onion,lettuce,bacon,burger patty, house mustard sauce and mayo .It was delicious the bacon was cooked just right and just the right amount crisp to it. Also got a order of chili fries and they we're just as good . Also got a bacon burger that came with everything ABC burger except minus the avocado . We had the Belgian waffle with strawberries and peaches as well as the French toast with berries. The waffle presentation was super cute! My experience of their service over the years is that, if I act cold, they just might respond cold. But if I'm friendly and talkative, they are very friendly and social. “Went to experience Arbour House and were lucky to be seated despite having no reservations. Everything from the service to the wine recommendation to the appetizers, main course and all the way through dessert- Amazing! We spent two and a half hours enjoying our meal and the great atmosphere. Felt like I was back in Europe where you can’t have a meal in an hour, like most US restaurants. “While in Ashland, I headed over to Talent to knock another town off of the Great Oregon Burger Bucket List, and landed on the Pump House for my destination. The Pump House has a really cool vibe with fires heating outdoor seating and a clean, well lit interior. A great downtown burger spot. Friendly staff, quick to make the order. Very reasonably priced. Excellent fries. Thick with a crunch, but the potato inside is soft. The Pump sauce makes an excellent fry sauce. Pretty big burgers and very tasty. Quality ingredients througout. A biorche bun that's soft but sturdy, good beef, bacon, and cheese in generous proportions, thick tomato slices, crisp pickles and lettuce, capped with caramelized onions and the Pump sauce. The Pump House burger is a solid pub style burger. Picked up a brownie for dessert. Good stuff. Crunchy, chewy, chocolaty.”
