Ajace NW Kitchen & Spirits

My wife and I came here for brunch for the 2nd time. We haven’t had any dish miss.. today was the Argentinean Benedict and the Thai tea chicken and waffles, as well as some truffle fries for our son. It was all amazing. For drinks the maple old fashioned was awesome.

Hate to be the first non-five star review, but we still had a very good dinner at Ajace. This new restaurant is attached to the Hellgate building. We sat upstairs among the various souvenirs that Hellgate sells to the jetboat clientele. Kinda weird setting for an upscale eatery. The restaurant is upstairs/downstairs which has the servers running back and forth. "Still working out the kinks" is what we were told by several different staff. Several menu items were unavailable the night we came for dinner. We called ahead to reserve a pork wellington based on another review.

Most importantly, the food and service we received was really good. The meat is sous vide and was very tender (wellington and steak). I wish our food was warmer/hot on delivery. Plates cooled quickly. The sides were flavorful, combo mash potato/mash sweet potato and carrots. Portions were huge and fairly priced. Cocktails were exceptional.
Our server Stan was great conversation and helped us through the changes in the menu. Kids menus were great.

We would return.

Really exceptional food. Great service. There's no other way to eat the burger but with a knife and fork. Fun in house drink menu. Huge salads.

The food, drinks, and service were amazing.

It felt like there was a little extra attention put into every dish. The chef knows exactly what flavors to pair together for an outstanding meal.

The cocktail selection was amazing and I loved both the drinks I tried.

New just opened restaurant in Grants Pass! Excellent location and beautiful cozy setting inside the cafe. First off, Bloody Mary’s was one of a kind with a nice new twist of flavors, it’s a must try. Food was absolutely amazing. Classic Eggs Benedict was wonderfully done with great flavors and a nice presentation. Biscuits and gravy rapidly moved too top two I’ve ever had. Staff members were very kind and did a wonderful job making it a great dining experience. I’m certainly going to return, can’t wait to try the lunch and dinner menu!
