BEST ITALIAN WE HAVE EVER EATEN!!!
The staff is friendly, Karen is an AMAZING server! The owner is one hell of a chef, and the atmosphere is quaint, quiet, and laid-back. The homegrown giant slice of zucchini that I got on my plate of spaghetti with spicy sausage and meatballs what cooked to perfection, as were my wife’s green beans.her Ziti was honestly even tastier than what I ordered!!! The salad was awesome, dressing was delicious, as well as whatever kind of olives they use - those were to die for! Everything is homemade from scratch like your grandma used to cook (which is impossible to find these days) and probably why I didn’t suffer acid reflux.
The restaurant itself is located at the beginning of a neighborhood and looks to be a converted house - if you blink you will miss it! But do not be deterred.. my palate likes intensely flavor balanced foods, and that is exactly what we got!
Do yourself and family a favor, and treat them - you will NOT be sorry!
It's pricey but it's Italian so that's what to expect. I only tried spaghetti and Alfredo. It was ok! I send my husband when I'm having cravings. The customer service was awesome. The ladies are really nice and have great customer service skills. The establishment looked cozy and clean, although we did take out. The pizza was disappointing with not much sauce on it though :(
Great customer service. Food was OK, highlights were the house Salad Dressing. Their coffee is not great, they used an instant powder for my decaf, not exciting, although it did come served with a cute cookie. Nice choices for creamers though. Nice offering of pasta dishes, including multiple choices for spaghetti sauces which I appreciated. Hubby had the Stromboli which he said was OK. Presentation lacked in that my plate was plastic as were the bread basket and the table cloth under the glass top. Oddly, my hubby got a regular ceramic plate. An unimpressive battery candle on the table lacked atmosphere. It was cold and drafty, ceiling fans were on. No masks were warn by any staff at any time. No disinfecting of the front counter between to go customers, we watched many come and go. Music playing were old standards which actually was one of the nicer aspects of the dining feel. You can find parking behind the restaurant as well as on street. Food was hot and tasty and they grated fresh parmesan cheese on our food as much as we desired. A nice touch were the bite size bread pieces with oil and balsamic and some nice spices. Spaghetti came with green beans on the side which were actually really fresh and nicely prepared.
Okay. Wow. Friendly, very local, well priced, good anount of food. Tasty. Had the Stromboli with linguica and Italian sausage. Will made. Super busy, if ordering out give them sometime. People that were dining in sat around, talked and had some vine. All smiles
Fantastic Italian food, went in for the lunch specials ordered spaghetti and (beef) meatballs and they didn't disappoint the sauce is very good.
We had the chocolate cannoli with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce for dessert... died and went to heaven the end.
Btw, they have plenty of seating inside. There's a good sized parking lot around back. They will pack your food nicely for carryout, we decided to dine inside because it was smokey and hot outside.
