    I always find something tasty and healthy here, whether a fresh breakfast or lunch in one of the compostable take-out bowls, or off the shelf.

    Good quality salads. Prices in the store tend to be on the expensive side. They do have healthy and vegan options.

    One of the healthiest options on the University of Oregon campus. They just added breakfast bowls. The polenta and poached egg with the salsa and black beans and spinach taste great and I don't feel guilty about breakfast.

    The lunch bowls are really healthy, I like the stewed lamb bowl with a bit of the spicy sauce best. You can have the bowls with grains like rice or quinoa or with greens. They also have good soups.
