I rated this location a 3 because majority of the time I come, they have excellent customer service. The workers are usually nice & they are fast with my drinks. However, the last two times I have gone, the workers were rude. One of those times, she wouldn't let me use my rewards just because she already typed in whatever she typed in & didn't want to go back.
Another of those times, it was 8:40pm & they closed at 9. I went & they said they were already closed, which sucked because I rushed over from just finishing work.

Majority of the people you're serving are college students & rushes get hectic, but it doesn't give you the right to be rude. If you don't like your job, quit & find a more appropriate (non customer service) job.
