Paper Plate BBQ

After driving by this place often, I finally got a chance to eat here. I ordered the small portion of the ribs. They were tender, not chewy, lots of flavor. The rub was good And the sauce was great. Will return.

My Texan heart is overflowing with joy. This is by far some of the best brisket I have ever tried — perfectly cooked, tender, amazingly juicy. The bbq sauce compliments the food well. Super cheesy, delicious macaroni and fluffy cornbread muffins! Go early, this place will stay busy. Worth the wait even with a line!

We moved here 4 years ago from Austin and have eaten at every “BBQ” place around. Needless to say We have been disappointed. Until now. Isaiah and his crew put out some of the best that We have ever had! Every single thing is delicious down to the homemade pickles. He can give any of the Texas BBQ Kings a run for their money.

Without a doubt the BEST bbq in town. And I don't say that lightly. This was vetted by my friends from Texas (hill country to be exact) and confirmed my experience. We had brisket (perfection), pulled pork (so flavorful), pork ribs (tender), sausage (awesome), grits (cheesy velvety goodness), beans (from scratch, smoky, great texture), and of course their sauce was on point.
