My son and I have had a great time in this place. Biggest concern we experienced is Game/card could be charged more than once without your authorization. If you use/ slide the Ticket/ card on a machine and machine does not it’s work ; most likely it did charge card for the game. Without realizing we swipe the card several times in order to try to make it work. We did not need to play one game over and over again. Many times when we used that card several times on the machine to make it work it charges many times but played only once . When we make the complaint ; we have been explained ( by their employees ) that we should not be swiping the card more than ones. We have received no refund. Short story : when you swipe the card it will not ask you if you want to play once ( or more ) . Machine Will not ask you “if you authorize to charge the card once , or more.
Do not give your card to a children to use it by themselves. It could end up the same problem is that I have had ; many times ( charges ) swiping on one machine and using it only once.
On another hand, my son and I have got extremely good time. That was the first time, but a lot of wasted money $$$. This first time nobody explained the rules. No one explained that card could be overcharged many times over . After I confirm the employee; I receive apology & no refund. Don’t do the same mistake I did. I’ve been told : Adults need to use the cards & gently swipe the card once. If machine it does not work first time you swipe that card —-then you could get your refund, because it will charge you anyway . In summary you could have a lot of fun . However, you need to pay close attention to the card charge . This card charge system is not smart enough for children to handle themselves . This card system will not ask you to verify if you want to charge one game ,or two games .

Honestly it was a rough evening there this time, but to be fair we all have enjoyed this place more often than not. The kids have such a great time ~ we always leave happy that we were here. The youngest doesn't even need cash, we just run around dancing to the lights and the music with her. The ice cream🍦 is only $1.00. super fun
