The Cooler Restaurant and Bar

Ordered Philly Sandwich with Swiss Cheese to go, but they gave me American cheese. Came on hard dry baguette bun with the meat dried out as if reheated on a grill and left on too long. Nothing moist or tasty with this Philly. Sandwich gets a 1 but the side of Potato salad was awesome, gave it a 5 which gives the meal experience a 3. Will go back to try something else as everyone says the Cooler has great food.

This place was a great place on my 21st birthday. Not sure if they still do this; but they used to offer a fishbowl which is BOUND to ensure you have a good night. The square dancing they do from time to time is fun, and if you're just at the hotel next to it. It's great for a drink and walking back to your room afterwards.

Good prices. Had a chill night there. Better when it's not crazy busy, but that's just a personal preference. Looks about the same as it always has besides small upgrades here and there. Smoking deck opens right out to the parking lot which was nice.

Small parking lot, outdoor smoking patio. Specials daily. Happy hour starts at 4. Lots of seating inside. 2 pool tables and multiple television screens. Seating is at bar, at tables or on couches next to tables. Good food and fair prices

My husband ordered the Cooler Burger. I had the Chicken Basket. Both were very good! The burger is one of the better ones iv2 had here in Eugene. They're served with curly fries. I had an iced tea and he had the Boneyard. Both were good. I highly recommend visiting The Cooler if you're in town!
