The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. However, I was a bit unfamiliar with how a hot pot restaurant works. The menu describes some of the process, but if you're confused you will need to ask for a tutorial as one is not offered.
Lots of options on the menu and a small bar of serve yourself accoutrements were very nice.
The restaurant was dead silent when my party of three arrived and it was a bit awkward, music would be nice.
The overall experience was okay and I plan on trying this place again soon.
All of the food was very good! Glad to have a Hot Pot place in Eugene.
[Updated: after revisit]
Soup: Mild => It was much better than last visit. They decrease chillie amount and oil amount. They can say it is mild now. Last time they put a lot of chillie...😂 (probably they gave me super spicy instead of mild;;) Probably in new business it can happened, it's endurable. And it was almost right after the soft opening.
Slow serving or forget serving drink. It's all okay ;) probably single server is working hard by herself 👍 加油姐姐(I know reallu little bit chinese)
****👿 It is called as mild but I just want to warn you that it is not literally mild. (To: first visitor or not familiar with Chinese spice)
Nutrition soup is the best. But I hope to get some soy sauce later if I order nutrition soup again in future.🤔
I went with 4 people and 2 set menu and extra 2 soups were enough. 😉 Kind Reminder 😊❤
Why I give 4? (Literary 3.5 but it is new business so I'm giving more 0.5 star)
1. Lettuce was sooooooo bitter in one of set menu dish.....and I watched soil 😂😂😂 I hope you guys care about cleaning well.... soil included Parasite and unknown biomass...
2. And I hate lamb meat..... when I even smell I vomit........but in beef roll we ordered mixed with 1 slice of lamb meat 😱🤮🤢🥴🤮☠
Crabstick is still good and I love your set menu❤ 👍
+) I read your comment but my review is for people who is not familiar with Chinese food like me..😉
