Amazing food. They seemed to be still working out the bugs in the new location, food took a long time. But we had a great server who kept us updated on food.
We had a great time here. The menu was full of healthy fun items. It was hard to choose. Our server was attentive and kind. one of the few places with genuine ambiance, a feel all its own that is comforting and exciting. I don't drink but it was fun to see the open bar incorporated into the restaurant. We will return often.
Best vegetarian restaurant ever! Always had trouble finding things to eat at restaurants until I finally found this place. Now I can eat anything and everything on the menu!
Great laidback and comfortable atmosphere too! My favorites are the cornbread, Mac N’ cheese, and mashed potatoes with cashew gravy.
The food and drinks were all amazing. My partner is allergic to dairy and eggs, so while we aren't vegan, it's just so much easier to navigate vegan menus safely. Also, my partner is from the Gulf Coast and enthusiastically endorses the menu. We had the mac and cheese with greens and the jambalaya along with a couple of lovely cocktails. Neither of us can believe it took us so long to get to the Springfield location. We love brunch at the original Eugene Cornbread, but just could never get into their dinner menu. This, however, was a whole different experience. We can't wait to go back! (Zero wait on a Thursday night. Staff was friendly and helpful.)
Cajun fries and okra were both phenomenal. Mushrooms were well-prepared and wonderfully savory. The meal was definitely satisfying even as someone who doesn't normally eat vegetarian. Kale was a little overcooked on my dish but that wasn't the star of the show anyway. Hot toddy was stiff and tasty.
