This is the best place there is to get the best clam chowder, hands down. The place is first come first serve, there's usually a waiting line out the door. You won't be disappointed in the fresh local cuisine, none of that frozen stuff served here. This place is famous and if you've never been you really need to experience the fresh clam chowder and seafood. I have been coming to this establishment since 2006 and seem to crave it when I am here. This is the original historical site for the restaurant, love the atmosphere here. It's a fun experience for the whole family.
Love this little coastal community.
This was our first time eating at Mo's and we'll definite be back for more! The food was fantastic and the service was, too. The best part of dinner was the family sitting next to us that had 4 small children with the best personalities. They were so well behaved and the parents were so interactive with them and patient and loving and not on their phones. It was such a wonderful dinner, thank you to Mo's for such a great evening!
The food at Mo's is always quick, fresh and delicious. They're known for their great New England-style clam chowder, but their halibut fish and chips dinner is awesome, too.
DON'T expect healthy menu items. They do have salads, but this is a chowder house, first and foremost. That said, they are great at being a chowder house.
They draw a HUGE crowd on weekends and over the summer, so expect long waits at lunch and dinner times. It's a small restaurant, so be prepared for noise from conversations. The food and service make it worthwhile.
Always greatbfoos and friendly staff. Wait times are kind of long though
This place is always spot on. I'm from Missouri but when I visit the coast we always stop at Mo's
