    Friendly staff. Spotless room and the best view of the coast in any Newport hotel. The pool was magnificent! Other amenities include vending machines, ice dispensers, local tourism information and a modern and convenient laundry room if you're in town for an extended stay. Five Stars for Shilo in Newport!

    When we got there we had a shower that did not have hot water. Shelly immediately moved us to another room. She was so polite and accommodating. We will definitely return! Thank you so much, Shilo and (Shelly) for making our Valentine’s weekend enjoyable!
