Szabo's Steakhouse and Seafood

The staff here was great. The food was equally great. The prices were surprisingly low. I feel like I've shorted myself for living here for months, but just now getting in there to eat. I will absolutely be back. Especially for the nightly specials. I had perfect fish and chips for 12 bucks. I look forward to trying a cocktail on my next visit.

Food has always been excellent and extremely timely. The time between me ordering and my food arriving was less than 5-7 minutes. The waitress I dealt with last time was such a professional. The staff feels well put together and genuinely interested in doing a good job.

It is wise to make a reservation for dinner.

Been to this place about 1/2 dozen times.
Everything I ordered turned out better than I expected. Large portions and great value.
The only downside is how good it is. I usually pick a time ( 2:30pm-4:00pm) when the place is not packed by satisfied customers. Every waitress is " down home fun" and have been very enjoyable on all my visits. I need to eat here more often.

Food was DELICIOUS. Everything was so inexpensive and yet such high quality. Server was so sweet and hilarious. Drinks were great. Love this place and can’t wait to come back!

Since I put up the following review we have been back. I don't know what happened but it's changed. Don't bother stopping here. I have also talked to others that have the same opinion. Cold food, small portions, etc.

The staff were great and so was the food. We came in soon after it was opened from the covid closure without a reservation. They were able to find us a take in a short time. Between the table we had Halibut, steak, and chicken fried steak which was the daily special for $12.95. All the food, even the chowder, was top notch. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. It was a fine dining experience.
