Sybaris Bistro

My family has been to Sybaris dozens of times in the five years we've lived in Albany. The food has always been delicious (and for those who care about it, nicely presented), the wait staff courteous, friendly and prompt.

I've only had great experiences here. Also, look at their special menus. If you can make a dinner party (call ahead they fill up quick), or one of their fundraising dinners, it will be a unique, chef chosen experience.

I have Celiac disease and they were extra careful with my food. I felt very well taken care of and safe eating there.

I can't give an opinion on normal service as we were at a company party, but for the event, the place was clean, the servers prompt, and the food was really good. I'll have to go to the restaurant on it's own sometime.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere! This is a restaurant that wines and dines you! I had the flat iron steak and my wife had the chicken masala. Both were bursting with flavor. Dessert was beautiful and delicious as well. Looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful time. The food was a delightful experienced. I have Celiac and need to be gluten free and they had a complete menu that I could eat. This even included delicious desserts. Our waiter was attentive, kind and very knowledgeable. I would come back just to try the other things on the menu.
