Bo & Vine Burger Bar

I absolutely love this place. The taste of the burgers have always been on point and cooked to proper order (when rare is requested). The Rodeo burger, the Willamette, the Bo & Vine; all great selections. Their salad options are also very filling and tasteful! The fries come in piles (regular, sweet potato, or a combo) and the milkshakes just perfectly make it through the straw at the right consistency. A good burger with tasteful ingredients cost money and this burger is worth every penny.

This is a cute little place (and by little I mean tiny). But they have really good burgers, interesting toppings, and lots of good sauces to choose from. My only complaint is the bun wasn’t sturdy enough to stand up to it all. They could definitely use a heartier bun. It was a complete mess but at least it was very tasty going down. Might want to eat it with a fork. They also have loaded fries, which they call piles. You can even customize them yourself. They’re very good!! The only problem was I was too full after the burger to eat them. So make sure you have people to share them with. They also have boozy shakes. So if you want a good unique burger, try them, you’ll like them.

The burgers were amazing, we were a party of 3 and we all got the lunch box special and each enjoyed a different Jones drink. We did have a bit of a wait but the burgers and the fries were worth it. We all highly recommend taking a stop here if you are ever swinging by Salem, or just passing through

Best burger in Salem, great selection of sauces and fast service with good enthusiasm. Seating is a little cramped though that is more the nature of the location. Hopefully they can find a slightly larger space downtown at some point. Lunch special is an excellent value, half sides are great for 2-3 people, full sides are enough for maybe 4-5 on average. Tots here are very unique and my favorite around town, fries are fairly standard, not a fan of the sweet potato fries here. Also they have an incredible happy hour menu.
