Noble Wave

Okay, this is not an exaggeration, the best fried chicken I've eaten. Absolutely worth the price. The breading is reminiscent of the crunch you'll find on quality fried fish, but with a fried chicken texture/flavor. The chicken was melt in your mouth good. Can't wait to go back!

The fries are like upscale McDonald's fires. I mean that in the best way, I love their fries.

Was a very delicious dinner. Had the shrimp and grits! Also tried my husband's fries and hush puppies! Good! All the employees are very friendly. Was a nice time out with my hubby. Next time I'm trying the catfish.

Great place! Not super loud - which is hard to find in an after hours place. Food was excellent and they had a great selection of beer and cider. Totally plan to go there again.

This is, hands down, the best restaurant to open in Salem in the past few years, which puts it in the top 2-3 of Salem restaurants, period.

We've been in a few times now, and the food has been excellent every time. We've had a lot of items on the menu, and have been extremely happy with all of them. I think it might be impossible to go wrong here! The beer selection is great too, as is their cocktail menu.

Service has been friendly and prompt every time we've been in. This is especially impressive as they've been busy each time we've been there.

Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. If you live in Salem (or even if you're just visiting), you really need to try Noble Wave.

Good food. Great service. Cajun cuisine. Fun atmosphere. They ran out of green beans so the gave us a free dessert. Going back for sure.
