(January 25, 2020, 3:12 am)We love this place. Although they might not have a huge selection like big places, what they do have is service with a smile and high quality, fresh fish. The latter being the most important at a sushi restaurant. The best in Salem IMHO.

(October 12, 2019, 4:11 am)I just had the best sushi experience ever! This place serves delicious, fresh, and authentic sushi. I tried the Ladybug roll and it was phenomenal. Hands down the best sushi place I've tried in Salem!

(September 7, 2019, 11:13 pm)Best Sushi place I've ever eaten at! I've been to Canada and Hawaii for sushi and hands down the freshest and best tasting sushi can be found in Salem Oregon! There prices are NOT too high as others might suggest! My husband and I have been going to Fuji Rice Time for about 5 years and we highly recommend this place! By the way, the owner James is always engaging with his customers and the serving staff always so kind and efficient!
