Simply Pho

The best Asian food around. I've been here a few times and I have to try something new everytime. The spicy eggplant, garlic green beans and asparagus with shrimp in black bean sauce is just amazing. I'm not digging the Pho and it just may not be my thing. My daughter says it's the best she's ever had, so it must be good. It's clean, fresh and so unlike any dated, greasy Chinese restaurant in town. I believe it's a combo of Thai, Chinese and Korean, so I really can't say Chinese restaurant but you know what I mean. Try it, you will love it.

Pretty good sized pho. I strongly recommend appetizers while you wait. The gyoza and fried calamari are good fillers to pass the time.

Decent phô for the area. Nice meat portions, decent broth, good noodle. I like the look and feel inside - very casual. Really nice hostess/waitress.

Excellent place to eat different food. Great atmosphere, great service and great food. And, above all, very clean. The kitchen is open and you can almost see when they prepare your food.
