Starbucks

Could have been better! Seemed like I was drinking a cup of flavored air.

Quality coffee for a decent price. Starbucks is one of those chain coffee shops that does it well. Everywhere I go I can expect the same taste and quality from there brews.

Idk why but this Starbucks is almost always better than the other Starbucks in Salem. I wonder if that's why it's always busy...

This is my go to place for coffee. I always use the mobile app. And service is normally excellent and fast. Today I arrived and was given my food order. I then waited 15 minutes for my first drink. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I left without my second drink. By then my food was cold and I had to go elsewhere for my coffee. Had the worker at the window been remotely friendly I would have continued to wait. Todays experience was 1 star but I've rated the place 3 stars based on prior experience.

I just moved out South, and this has become my go-to location! I want to acknowledge a barista, who I believe is named, Lo! (I’m so sorry if I read your name tag wrong) I appreciate that they always remember my name and go above and beyond to have my mobile order ready and wish me a nice day. Thank you for always starting my day off right! ?
