Serving up sushi, ramen, and other Japanese fare, Fin+Fowl is a wonderful addition to Silverton. Everything on the menu is made with fresh and healthy ingredients, and all of it is expertly prepared for easy outdoor or grab-and-go dining (during this time of COVID). I can't wait to come back!

Seriously good stuff from Fin and Fowl. You’d have to go a very very long way to get take out this good. Locally owned, locally sourced, precise in their attention to detail, and quality. these guys (and ladies) have come up with something truly unique. Well worth stopping in weather you live a block away or are just passing through. Can’t say enough about the food We’ve had here. Top notch by any standard.

What a great find. We were passing through and hungry, not expecting to find a restaurant with such great quality food. I had the pulled pork and my friend had the bento salmon, both were excellent. Also, the service was so nice and welcoming. I wish this restaurant was closer to home.

I absolutely love this place! Chef Paul Lieggi and his wife Susan have created a wonderful place to grab top-notch food at very reasonable prices. The entire restaurant is immaculate. Yes, the restroom too. It was so good that I grabbed not only lunch today but came back later to get dinner before driving back home. They also have many small surprises that aren’t listed on the normal menu...today it was some delicious (and beautiful!) dried mango, fresh ginger cookies, and chanterelle butter to name a few. I’ll be back!!

Great sushi! Fresh, nice variety. A wonderful addition to the food scene here in Silverton...and it 2 blocks from my house. Just wish they would post hours of operation.
