Oso Spanish & Mediterranean Inspired Cuisine

Three week and three visits. Fantastic food and great staff. Their fries are the best I have ever had and the rest of the food goes up from there. Pace of the meal was great with out hurry and made me imagine I was in Europe.

We had the tapas with pork belly, patatas braves, whipped feta and spanikopita. I loved all of it with the exception of the pork belly. But I don't really like pork so I'm a bad judge. My husband who loves pork belly went nuts over it and kept saying how perfect the sear was so there we go! 🤷‍♀️

The gyro was fantastic and fresh tasting. Best gyro meat I've had in a long long time. He had the garam masala ziti and that sauce was just amazing. The French fries were super crispy and delicious as well!

Drinks were fantastic and pretty. Do yourself a favor and read the drink menu even if you only order one because the descriptions are super entertaining.

Service was quick and efficient. Josh even blessed us with a bit of his singing voice.

Great experience and I am excited so see this place grow and continue to bring excellent food to Silverton.

Delicious!!! Gyros of lamb and beef, fries, drinks, pita, feta, olives, potatoes, salad, spanokopita, oh man and then the oso especial for dessert. Just enough food served up fast and with a smile by Josh and Genae. Highly recommend!! Someone has instructed the servers how to do their job and it shows! Nicely done.

Loved the gyros and the French fries! Staff was very nice.

Not great for vegans. Drinks are wonderful! Tabouli was all bulgur no parsley. Falafel was strange. The Greek salad I ordered without cheese and the non vegan dressing wasn’t good. The dressing for the salad tasted like wishbone.
