The Noble Fox

Had Hunter Chicken and a drink called Painkiller. Some of the best fries I've had. Nicely seasoned. Chicken was tender. John the bartender was efficient and friendly. Fun place to dine with friends. Busy place.

This place has super tasty drinks and you can tell a lot of thought was put into each item on the menu. The drink menu is endless and much appreciated! The food menu is unique and has a variety of options! Everything was delicious, very clean, and the staff was super sweet. This place has been highly raved by others in town and I can see why. The Bacon Wrapped Dates are so tasty and something I've never had before. The Charcuterie Board was delicious and very aesthetically pleasing. Also, every food item that passed by our table had wonderful presentation and made me want to try everything! I am very thankful we have this restaurant in our town! I will definitely be coming back again!

Seriously, if you are looking for a fancy place to take your date make it the Noble Fox. The food is delicious, the drinks are well crafted and the ambiance is great. I am sure that once it warms up the back porch will be a wonderful place to relax in the evening and soak in the creek flowing beneath as you enjoy glass of wine with good friends. We will be back multiple times for sure.

The Noble Fox carrie's such a nice variety of food dishes. There are great options for Vegans that are very delicious as well as things for my non vegan meal companions. They serve a nice variety of various alcohol drinks too. The bar has an old world since of charm. If your a vegan, I highly recommend. I would expect a restaurant like this in Portland but not Silverton. A hidden gem for sure!

Finally a hip place to eat, drink and be seen! The bourbon collection is like no other and the food is excellent. My favorite is the Noble Burger. The Wygu beef is cooked to perfection. They even have a fried chicken bacon macaroni and cheese sandwich. It was amazing! Go check out Noble Fox and the great service. Jeremy the owner is personable and friendly and obviously knows how to make a great restaurant experience for Silverton.
