“I've enjoyed everything I've tried on their menu so far. The service is a bit slow sometimes, but you can sit and enjoy your meal just fine. The walls and ceiling are marked colorfully with people's drawings, initials and messages. A lot of people stop here for lunch on road trips I think (that's when I have). They're known for their shakes and home made burger buns (though don't miss their pattie melt on rye.) I'd definitely recommend this place????”

“Best Elk burger I've ever eaten. This place is one of Oregons oldest and rarest gens tucked away in a rural town right off the highway. You can't miss it. And you'll want to sit a spell. Staff is genuinely nice and the food is to die for. Locals are pretty friendly too. Like going to grandma's house when she was alive way back when. Definitely worth the stop. Highly recommended.”

“Today was my first experience at Moxieberry. I was relieved to find a healthier food option in a small town. This place is a total gem. There is plenty of street parking nearby. The space is large and none of the tables are crammed together. The ambience in general was very welcoming and I actually felt like I wanted to stay and hangout for awhile. Both of the staff who greeted me at the counter were friendly. One cool note, I put in an over the phone order which was somewhat specific and the person taking my order thought I was a regular. I love hearing a patrons order has been memorized. That says "customer service" to me and is a good indicator that I should return. I had a salmon salad. It was perfectly cooked; not dry and not cold. Well done, Moxieberry. I'll be back.”

“This was a nice place. The owner wss awesome. We had stopped for some breakfast and coffee. He made us feel very comfortable. We were getting ready to go to a celebration of life for my wife's twin. We asked about the B & B sibce we'll be back in the summer for the spreading of her ashes with the family. Very nice little room. When we go back we're definitely going to try this B& B. 136.00 a night and includes breakfast. Thank you to the owner. By the way if you like biscuits and gravy? Try theirs, best I've ever had.”

“Don't let the outside scare you off. Inside is clean and comfortable. Our group of 4 ordered chicken, pork and shrimp dishes. The teriyaki was amazing but the hot and spicy chicken was beyond amazing...moist, flavorful, piquant. Veggies or salad came with each meal...all very fresh and tasty. Our one very small issue was that the shrimp was slightly overcooked, however it was seasoned so well we almost didn't care...almost. Staff was friendly and engaging. I have a feeling we are gonna be regulars.”
