Great place for breakfast or brunch. They have a huge variety of bagels and many many options to choose from. Everything is always fresh and super tasty. Employees are very friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean.

Amazing bagel shop.... we had tradition lox bagels, absolutely perfect balance of life, capers, and red onion... definitely looking forward to going back!

Good food. Takes to long if you just want coffee and roll. Get rid of ice cream and put in a fast pay station.

This is actually my first time here. The store seems nice and slightly smells of baked goods. They had nice music playing which i think was a little too loud. I also find it odd that it was being played live for a bagel location. It seems... Unnecessary? But nice nonetheless.

Overall the service was pretty good, and all staff treated us with much kindness and willingness to help. It seems like maybe they're trying out a new system in how they serve that seems a little too complex and out of order. The staff also seemed to be struggling slightly with the setup.

As for the food: bagels are of some of the better ones I've had in the area. It's not what I'm used to from New York but definitely worth a try. The breakfast sandwich I had was tasty, although the sausage was too salty. Even so I was able to enjoy it completly accompanied by egg and cheese on a buttered egg bagel. Their selection of cream cheese could be better but it is alright enough. The cream cheese is good but not really remarkable in any fashion. Just good ol cream cheese. The coffee was pretty good as well.

I'm struggling to leave this as a 4 star review because I think they're definitely headed for a 5 but i think the location could make some important reasonable changes to hit that mark.

I've returned here a few times and service has been much better. Since I'm travelling between Portland and Washington I haven't had time or ability to order a breakfast sandwich, but they have done a great job. The staff is still super nice and awesome. I think they're definitely a 5 star :D

If I could give it 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Steve makes the greatest sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. It’s a JOY to be in the shop & a DELIGHT to even wait in line because the anticipation of eating one of Steve’s glorious creations. Each bite is a taste filled journey I cannot wait to embark on. I could go on & on about this. He’s is number 1 for a reason, people. Great work. To loosely quote spongebob speaking on breakfast: “the most important meal of the day, serving it up, Steve’s way”. Thank you, Keep it up 👍🏼
